HOW TO RETURN:

If you are a resident of New Zealand and have bought any ROJO Outerwear product via our online store and want to exchange or send it back for a refund, then please follow the below instructions.  

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but in the rare occasion that you do not, for any reason, and it’s within 30 days of purchase just send it back and we will take care of you.

Items must be received in original condition bagged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Why? Because the item needs to go back into inventory for restocking so please be careful with the goods sent.

A restocking fee will be applied if the item(s) are not returned in original condition as outlined above.

You can choose to receive a refund or exchange which is valid for 30 days.

To return an item please contact our customer service team on customerservice@rojo.com.au and we will arrange a courier to come and collect your item. 

WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS

At ROJO we take pride that our product will be delivered to you free of defects in both the fabric itself and also with the workmanship fair wear and tear excepted.  Every garment has been Made with Love, but in the unlikely event that at any time during the first twelve months of use you experience problems with the item bought we will of course either replace or repair such items to ensure your complete satisfaction with the item supplied.

Remember we do not guarantee our product from fair wear tear and use.

If you are a resident of New Zealand and you feel your product is defective, here is what to do:

  • Fill out all fields of the form below and click submit.
  • It is important that you attach the receipt of purchase and images clearly showing the defect.

After you submit your information, our customer service team will get back to you ASAP with the best possible solution to get you back enjoying ROJO product.

International Customers

Warranties or returns outside of NZ should be directed to the retailer in which the purchase was made.  If you are unable to resolve the situation please contact our customer service team.

Processing Time

We aim to process all returns are processed within 7 days of receiving your items.

You will be notified by email once all items are processed.
